III. Physical and Mechanical Properties of 7031 Nonwoven Fabric

1. Packaging: Each roll of nonwoven fabric is wrapped in a plastic film, then an outer waterproof woven bag. The ends of the core are sealed with corresponding plastic cores. The inner tube is a 1.8cm thick high-pressure paper tube.

2. Marking: The outer packaging bag should be marked with the manufacturer, product name, model, specifications, batch number, net weight, production date, etc.

3. Storage: 7031 nonwoven fabric should be stored in a cool, dry, clean, and well-ventilated warehouse below 40℃. It should not be near fire sources or heating, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. The shelf life is one year.

IV. Scope of application:

Widely used in composite materials (DMD, DM, DMDM), mica tape reinforcing materials, electrical laminates, insulating varnish cloth base fabric, and end wrapping of electrical appliances, transformers, and motor coils. It is also suitable for small and flexible cables, household electrical cables, communication optical cables, and can replace various types of paper insulation materials.

Product Overview

Polyester Fiber Nonwoven Fabric is a versatile and high-performance material widely used across industrial, commercial, and consumer applications. Made from high-quality polyester (PET) fibers, this nonwoven fabric is engineered using advanced manufacturing techniques such as thermal bonding, spunbonding, and needlepunching.
